Avoid direct sunlight and ideally give the plant a spot in the semi-shade. Make sure the ‘Spider’ is not exposed to cold northerly and easterly winds.

This plant thrives when given sufficient water. Do not overdo it and make sure you do not flood the Spider. Avoid using calcareous tap water. If you are putting the Spider indoors, carefully submerge the planter.
